This is a racecar and is not suitable to be turned into a street car. A fully prepped and log booked sprint race and endurance racing Rx-8, that has been very successfully campaigned for the last 4 years. Chassis is clean and undamaged.
The list of modifications and tweaks that have been done over the years is too long to post fully.
When it was turned into a racecar the engine was replaced with a Mazda reman, along with the low k transmission and a rebuilt 4.77 final drive with a FD torsen differential.
For cooling upgrades it has a CSF radiator, an S2 water pump, larger oil coolers and a remote high capacity oil filter. A rear differential cooler was added with the pump and heat exchanger in the trunk.
The suspension is a custom set up of Bilstein B8 shocks with coilovers sleeves and Eibach springs. The car is very balanced and small changes in rear ride height can tune it to under steer or oversteer bias.
Front brakes are the Keisler Automation designed Wilwood calipers on stock discs. It currently has Hawk DTC-60 pads and the ABS has been disabled.
Car will come with a recently expired fire suppression system, a Recaro seat, and 6-point FIA belts good to 2027
Some spares for driveline and suspension will also be included along with 6 17x10 Enkei RPF1s
