An Area 27 membership provides access to an incredible motorsport circuit and first class facility in beautiful BC Wine Country.
Members have access to the track a minimum 15 days per month, long weekends, and member-only access to the Kartplex daily. The Clubhouse provides views of the circuit in a 3200 square foot dining room or 2500 square foot patio. The clubhouse also includes high end locker rooms, a state-of-the-art classroom and pro shop. They also offer private coaching and in-house performance driving programs.
The most important aspect is, of course, the track. Designed by Jacques Villeneuve, a Formula One champion, it features 4.83 kilometers of excitement with 16 corners for passionate motorsport enthusiasts.
Prospective buyer would have to be approved by Area 27.
